November: not much to report, just worked and had a good Thanksgiving holiday.
December: I threw a surprise birthday party for Mark (although, I found out a few weeks ago that it wasn't such a surprise) that turned out great. It was very stressful and expensive but worth it. Everyone had such a good time but I told him that I hoped he enjoyed it because it won't happen again! The pics posted are a few from the party. (Pic #1: Mark and I with his sisters. #2: Mark with his best friends. #3 Mark and I dancing the night away!) Christmas was great! We went to Meridian for a few days to be with my family and then came back to B'ham for some time with his family. For New Year's, we had a very romantic dinner to go from McDonald's, then rang in the New Year with a few friends.
January: This was a big and busy month for me at work. December and January are very busy months full of closing the books for the year and starting up new ones. I do a lot of cost analysis for the company so I was very busy on creating reports to present to the executives. Everyone around here is very nervous due to the economy and hoping and praying that it doesn't ultimately effect us and our jobs. There were also a lot of changes here too: people coming, people going, people transferring so we're all just trying to get use to it.
February was a continuation of January for me at work. More reports and more changes and I'm sure that there will be more to come. Mark sent me a dozen roses to my office for Valentine's Day. They were very beautiful and unexpected! We stayed in that night and I made him one of his fav's for dinner - breakfast!
That brings us to March! Things are slowing down at work (thank goodness!). Mark has been out of town working a lot :( He is suppose to be out of town right now but he's at home in the bed with the flu. And of course like most men are when they get sick....they become helpless individuals that can't live a moment without out you ;)
